Terms and Conditions

1.   All items received within 7 days with manufacturing defects will be exchanged 1 to 1 with other available stocks of the same product. We will claim warranty from distributor if products with manufacturing defects returned after 7 working day period.

2.   We are not liable to all shipment cost of products returned. We are not liable to any shipment lost/ damaged during shipping by normal postage.

3.   If multiple products are purchased at our store, we will charge shipment fees according to combined weight/ volumetric of all items purchased.

4.   We are not liable for any damages to customer equipments or injuries caused directly/ indirectly by misuse or manufacturing defects of product(s) purchased from us. All lawsuits and disputes shall be directed to the respective product manufacturer(s).

5.   We assume that you already agreed to all terms and conditions stated above once you have made your purchase(s) from us via our Obeevend Online.
